Try from IMTECH Chandigadh - MTCCm or NCL Pune .. or if you have funding - ATCC OR DSMZ (Germany) ... or else find Indian/Internationl authors with publications on those microbes and request them to send it, normally they send it (I have received some strains during my PhD) ...
What exactly you want. Pre cultured specimen then look for a culture collection center Or if you want to culture at you own then i can suggest the best possible way for Phytopthora only. Simply go to your kitchen and look for some potato. Examine them carefully after washing them. If you find a potato with bluish patched on skin then cut it from the patch and look inside area. If the same portion is showing reddish to blue pigmentation spreading across the section then for sure it is the Phytopthora infestans. Take the portion and culture it, subculture and pure it on any simple medium like PDA. Thats it.
Thanks Sanket and Rajnikant, Actually I tried in MTCC and NCL pune but didn't get there. I will ask to the author now, For Phytopthora i will surely try this method, I want these soil pathogens source doesn't matter.
Procurement of plant pathogenic fungus (not soil pathogenic) is depend on your research objectives. If your study needed standard strains then try for ATCC/MTCC from any culture supplier. If your study need Indian origin culture, then one of largest culture collection center in India for Indian Plant pathogenic fungus is NBAIM, Mau, UP, similar to MTCC. Another simple way to get standard culture is to contact personally to concern person in any agricultural university/Institutions. I have also received standard culture from Plant pathology department during PhD. Good luck
Culture supplier means, Himedia, Merck bio-science etc. If you will try for the author outside of India then this will surly take time.

Or also you can contact Dr. Jamaluddin there. He is a well known Mycologist of INDIA. Another destination there is TFRI. There Dr R. K. Verma or Dr A.K. Soni from Plant Pathology Division might help you. The name i mentioned here are very prominent and recognized name in Mycology. They exclusively deals in Fungi and Plant diseases.
