I am currently zooming into this topic to develop a platform for colloboration between partners in our upcoming project that involves many complex communications and data exchange. Web 2.0 indeed adds a great value to collaboration-based environments where the accumulative output of communications is much larger and impact the overall output (i.e. research results). However the challenge is when you succeed to develop such a platform, specific for certain objectives in a project (unlike open platforms like here), how would you convince partners to use it continuously and properly? what is actually properly? is there a guiding framework to effectively use Web2.0 as an explicitly integrated technological infrastructure for a project?

Collaboration and Cooperation are key aspects in learning for all age groups in this Century. Instructional Design is thus highly considering the social media as a means to enhance learning. Personally I am seeking ways of integrating socia media in the curriculum I am writing for Career Guidance for High Schoolers and Pre-University Students.
I agree with Prof Neeta because learning does not only taking place in a classroom. All other collaboration whether is with social media will definitely make differences in anyone's life.
