I am very interested in diminished central drive from vettebrobasial intracranial obstruction the loss of ion in respiratory drive and loss of tone in hypoglossal nerve resulting in collapse of airway in sleep as well as current management methods other than positive air pressure. There must be better management techniques that mechanically forced air as in in common use. I am also interested in chronic follow up of patients in whom it was diagnosed but never resolved. Does brain stem circulatory insufficiency proceed sleep apnea? All responses will be greatly appreciated and pondered as this a common diagnosis. I am very much interested in basic scientific proof of concept. Thank you!
