Size of primary hepatocytes from rats?

Been trying to isolate hepatocytes from livers of SD rats. If you have worked with primary hepatocytes, I would like to kmow what is the average size of hepatocytes with respect to that of RBCs (A few of them do creep in, despite perfusion) at the time of seeding.
