For sintering 18Ni300 fabricated by binder jetting method, we adopted the sintering conditions of 1460°C and 50mtorr vacuum (oxygen partial pressure is 0.000067Pa), and the sample sample achieved a density of 98.6% and no oxide was found near grain boundary; but according to the Ellingham diagram, The oxygen equilibrium partial pressures of the oxidation reaction of titanium, aluminum at 1460 ℃ are 8.17*10-15 and 2.97*10-18Pa respectively, which is contrary to our conclusion, how to explain it?
