Since geometry optimization does not depend on temperature, can I directly optimize a geometry and calculate the fraquencies at a higher temperature?

my intention is to find the Gibbs free energy change in a reaction. While I am trying to optimize the products and the reactants, instead of optimizing the geometry at room temperature and going to a higher temperature and calculating the frequencies, can I directly optimize the geometry and the frequencies at the required temperatures?
