Simulation of Transient Analysis of Tunnel FET in Sentaurus?

Can anyone please help in regarding the inverter based on TFET device? I am facing an issue in SDEVICE. I have used the mixed mode code for inverter from manual and used the Tunnel FET physics. I am getting a proper VTC curve but the result of the transient analysis is not inverting.

Hi,I can't answer your question. I am sorry,but I have a question to consult you. I am also using sentaurus to simulate TFET inverter.but the physical part of my sdevice adopts dynamic non-local tunneling model,which will lead to the failure of iteration convergence.May I ask how you solved this problem?
