The method described by A.M. SOLER-RODRIGUEZ and J.M. ARMAS L. utilizes the Candida species for determining phagocytic activity of PMNL.
Is there any other simple and cheap method that uses any bacterial cells such as Salmonella or E.coli or any other bacteria instead of Candida?
