Im a bachelor degree student and I am making my final year project about effect of edible coating based incorporated with aloe vera on the shelf life of fresh cut apple. i preserved the apple for 9 days. my question is i want to test for vitamin C, antioxidant activity and total phenolic content of the apple for each day. So what type of simple extraction that i can use to test them? i prefer to extract the fresh sample and not using the drying method. thank you
