What is the relationship between the Reynolds number between the model and the actual size ... How can achieve a similar Reynolds number of the actual size and the Model?

actually if the Re is same for similar geometry, the flow will exhibit same nature however it will be slightly change with the temperature and surface finish at the boundary but overall it will have same nature.
