For primers annealing temperature, you can use primer designing software, if you had your primers in your hand, you can check the label and there are some websites that provide information about primers.

Band size (bp), PIC value, Similarity coefficient can be obtained by software like power marker, popgene, NTSYS-PC. But you need to score your band on

the basis of their presence (1) or absence (0.

First of all, score your bands data in binary format (0= absent, 1= present) in an Excel sheet. There are many software for computing genetic distances including Nei's and Li and Jaccard's method such NTSys PC, Genpop, GeneAlex etc. Likewise, these softwares can calculate other parameters (cluster analysis, AMOVA, diversity indices etc.). For PIC values you can use online source ( https://gene-calc.pl/pic ). As regarding the sizes of RAPD bands, most of these are in killo bases (kbs). Hence a 1kb ladder is good to identify band size. If you did not use DNA ladder, I would suggest to search literature on probable amplicons sizes in your studied species for those particular RAPDs (sizes varies with species).
