It depends on the type of your polymer. For example, curing temperature and time for curing of PDMS, Ecoflex, and Polyurethane are about 70 DegC and 2 hours.
To begin with, Polymer is the largest class of materials on earth. Everyday labs are fabricating 100's of new polymers so am not sure the scope of this question. Having said that, are looking to thermally treat your polymer to cure it , increases its cross-linking density, modify the crystalline behavior, do some sort of phase separation or just dry out any solvents present.
Unless the chemistry is specified for a specific end product i dont think anyone will give an answer which will be helpful.
