In the field of bibliometrics, the evaluation of researchers is based on two factors that are given a lot of importance: the number of publications and the number of citations. Nevertheless, publishing in a "big" scientific journal or in a "small" journal or even in a "predatory" journal is not the same thing from the point of view of "reliability" and "trust" given a priori to these types of journals. Do you think then that a citation obtained in a "big" scientfic journal has the same value as the one obtained from a "small" journal?

Should we relativize the number of citations of a researcher?
