Now a days conference org is doing a business. It's one type of income. Mostly there r no fruitful comments for the paper presenters. But one thing that we may meet some experts there. It may builds a research network. What do you think according to your thoughts?

Try to avoid sending your original full paper (with big main contributions and results) to a conference. These kind of papers are preferred to be submitted to a good journal. Later you can summarize the journal paper to make it a conference paper or you can submit a minor contribution with results to a conference to take advantages of building a research network.
It is better to upload a paper on specific repositories such as ERIC and arXiv rather than distributing it on social networks.
