I believe we are spreading more infection and antibiotic resistance if we are taking/wearing our white coats (the trade mark of ant medic) outside hospital. Should we do that?
Are we not spreading resistant organisms outside hospital like MRSA?
Lethal viral infections like respiratory flu outside hospital?

Yes u r absolutely right Dr. Sikander sir.. Sometimes people use to wear it in markets, on roads or yes i knew one incidence- one lady daily visited Gurdwara sahib (religious place) with lab coat.
Actually these kind of practices spread infections more..
Lab coats should be worn within the laboratory/hospital premises and one should not wear the same coat outside the lab without proper sterilization. This may spread infection.
If it is necessary to wear coats outside the lab, for example: to collect sample, one may wear a coat but that coat must be sterilized before entering the lab because outside pathogens on that coat might contaminate the lab equipment/samples.
No, you should’t do that. Infections, nosocomial infections and/or infections with (multi-resistant) bacteria can be contained, among others, by simple basic hygiene measurements. Wearing the white coat outside the ward and even outside the hospital breaks the basic hygiene rules. I see it every day that colleagues wear their hospital dress in the canteen, in the park or when walking to near distant buildings on the campus. For me that’s everything but professional.
I also see people wearing them in the hospital cafeteria. REALLY bad place to do this.
Definitely Dr. Sikandar. Wearing lab coats should be restricted to the work lab. Wearing lab coats in public areas is contributing to the spread of multi drug resistant strains. Clear instructions should be given to lab workers in that sense as we all have a role to play in trying to prevent the spread of these dangerous organisms.
Up to now, there is no substantial evidence from studies that wearing uniforms from health care workers outside the hospital is a risk for spreading MRE. However, in Germany Official Health Care Services and technical rules for the prevention of infections (TRBA 250) do not support such a behaviour.

the lab coat should not wear out of lab room because it increased the risk of contamination and infection
I wouldn't recommend wearing of hospital protective clothing. That is tantamount to spreading infections.
Of course these things should not work. We have to think about others, our negligence jeopardizes the lives of others, and our job is to save them.
