I wonder if the University Education System must continue attached to a closed programme in each subject or if it should be such that each future graduate should set the level that wants to learn each subject. Could this level be the final evaluation?

I am all for opening up the University programme so that students could take courses outside their department for their electives, which would give them more flexibility in their choices in keeping with their learning goals.

This depends on the pedagogical university project, postmodern view of teaching and learning and creativity of the teacher. Knowledge should be dynamic and circular movements: learning who teaches and teaching learners!
