If we inject a daily treatment to an animal at a dose of µg / Kg / day, should we adjust this dose to individual daily variations of body weight, or keep the same dose used for the weight of the first day of injection for the remaining days of treatment?
If the changes are big, then yes. Since it is for the 2nd step of ADME, distirbution. If the drug amount given will be low, it would not be distributed enough to the required place via circulation. Thus, when the changes are obvious, then the doses should be changed.

Most ethics committees will also have an opinion on this since a loss of body weight of more than 10 % is not accepted by many institutions due to the stress experienced by the animals. Given that 10% variation in most biological assays (and especially in animal studies) can be considered an OK result, I don't think that the changing the drug dose will necessary give you more exact results. In addition, think about what your error rate is of measuring the weight of a mouse. When you take all this into consideration you will be running into weight related problems (changed metabolism, dehydration, energy expenditure, ethics issues etc.) earlier than into changes that are caused by a slightly increased dose per body weight.
I want to thank you both sirs for your contribution, in the case of my experience the injected treatment is a synthetic estrogenic substance with toxic property and even lethal in high doses, which is why I wanted to be prudante in it use if ever there will have a weight loss to avoid the animal death
