I made finite element model of RC beam shear strengthened with externally bonded FRP. The FE curve agrees with that of experimental as shown in attached photo but the de-bonding of FRP from concrete is not shown as a vertical drop in load like the experimental work. Is this difference is okay? if not what may make this difference?

To model the debonding between FRP and concrete, you have to use interface element between them, the load - deformation curve for this interface element must be determine experimentally to simulate the softening (or debonding).
the attached file is just an example of commonly used load - deformation curve for bond between steel and concrete, you have to search for similar one between FRP and concrete or you can do your own test.

It is very necessary to show the drop in FE load-deflection curve for the following failure cases :
1- debonding of FRP
2-FRP rupture
3-concrete cover separation .

This depends directly on the failure in experimental test. as stated by @ Ibrahim M. Metwally. in some cases reinforcement steel yields before FRP debonding/rupture or cover separation; in this case the above validation through FEM is ok.
