Dear Ganesh, did you mean definitive treatment of the cause of acute abdomen during pregnancy.
Are any differences if there is uncomplicated (only the causative organ involved with infection) and complicated (local, diffuse peritonitis, intraabdominal abscess) intraabdominal infection is present.
Goran sir, in my view tocolysis will be useful when the cause of Acute abdomen is because of uterine activity.but if there are many other reasons of acute abdomen so treatment should be according to the cause of the acute abdomen.
