I am currently working on NCM811 half cell and its typical working voltage in a lithium ion coin cell setup is 3-4.3V. After assembling the coin cell, the OCP of the coin cells typically range between 2.2-2.8V. Is it necessary for the cells to have OCP in the range of typical working window? If yes, what could be the possible scenarios that would cause the coin cells to have lower OCP?
