According to my point of viewpoint, The mask should be obligatory for all in public areas. And, This rule is strictly followed in some regions. If the policemen or any NGO Charity Member found anyone without a mask in the public area, then the man has to pay a fine in the form of punishment. The overall outcome is that wearing a mask should be mandatory. Not only mask, but We also have to develop the practice to wear gloves at least in public areas.

Quite controversial indeed. I would support the move to make masks mandatory in public places and transport to prevent/contain the spread of the virus. Probably, this would be more important than prohibition of smoking in public places and public transport. However, children below 2 years of age must not be required to wear masks.

Masks should be made compulsory in public places to control COVID 19.This is very very essential now a days.

While science undoubtedly supports the use of masks in public places to curb the spread of COVID-19 and its variants but at times it becomes prudent to inquire why masks should be worn by motorcyclists who are wearing full face helmets and by lone drivers in cars where there is no risk of spread of COVID-19. Masks are meant to protect others. Masks do not confer any protection if they are worn in isolation from others. Increasingly traffic wardens and police are asking motorcyclists and drivers of cars to wear masks in isolation without any evidence.

While wearing a mask, you should still keep your physical distance from others as much as possible. Wearing a mask does not mean you can have close contact with people.
