Sometimes it happens that journals deposit accepted peer- reviewed manuscripts to repositories/databases. As per the journals policy if the paper is corrected by author before publication and corrected version is even published by journal then is it mandatory for journal to replace earlier paper by new one in repository/database?

Dear Colleague
I encountered that with several journals, especially published by Elsevier Inc. These journals try to provide fast publication, so they post the accepted paper on their website / data repository and when the final form is ready they replace this version with the final format.
