Should I use fgf for the alizarin red staining with ADSC?

We will perform alizarin red staining with ADSC cells. Since we will be working with osteogenic medium, we will use the medium with Ascorbic acid, β-glycerophosphate, and dexamethasone. Do we need to add fgf to the medium in addition to these?
