I am processing 2d-Noesy experiments (10 experiments with different mixing times) and have doubt about the value for NC_proc.
Should be Nc_proc value (Bruker) the same for all spectras?
if "yes" is the answer, how to determine the apropriate value (the minimum, zero or maximum value found)?

The value of nc_proc represents a normalization constant. Each unit difference represents a factor of two difference in scaling. Your mixing time series most likely has the tallest peaks in the short mixing times when most of the intensity is in the diagonal. Lower intensity data will have smaller (more negative) nc_proc values. To force Topspin to give you the same "nc_proc" with all data you can use "xfb nc_proc ". Process your experiment with the most intense peaks. Read nc_proc by typing "s nc_proc" or look it up in "dpa". then process all other datasets with the command "xfb nc_proc " with value being the number you found in the first dataset. This will result in all datasets having the same nc_proc.

Yes correct, but dual display for 1D in Topspin will take this into account and correctly display the intensities. For 2D I am not 100% sure.
On a different note. If you plan to do a lot of NOESY build ups. You might want to look into the analysis feature in Dynamic Center. There is a NOE vuild funciton in Protein Dynamics. This does require a special license but you can get a demo license for this. How to use it and what is calculated is well described in the DC manual.
