Do you think all journals should use a double-blind review? That is, authors will be unknown to referees and vice versa. Most of the journals use the classical review in which (only) referees are unknown to authors.
I know that in some cases it is not easy for an author to change the text in a way that the Referee would not guess who the writer is.
Please tell me what you think of that? Any interesting suggestions or comments are welcome.

I think it depends on the reviewer’s relationship with the author. For example, if I am familiar with your writing style and specific area of research interest, as a double-blind reviewer, I would be able to guess who is the author. However, even when we guess the authors, it is likely to be incorrect. Personally, I do not bother with unnecessary information like author details, as this may affect the review quality.
I think this needs to be done. The world has changed and accretion to knowledge is very rapid. The feeling of an expert and authority as existed in the past may no longer be relevant.
