Hussain - what you are requesting here are several 'ideals'. At the end of the day, most reputable journals accept manuscripts based on the quality of the research. The higher the quality - the higher the chance of acceptance - and the opposite so for lower quality submissions. Some journals, in the author guidelines, offer an 'average' time for review/publication time turnaround - but it is only an indicator. Best, also, to target journals most relevant to your topic discipline and within the journal scope - rather than it's review times etc. The attached chapter may assist.
