I know that the SF-36 has been translated (and adapted) in many countries - you will find it in hundreds of studies from all over the world. This homepage speaks of n = 29 countries, which might be the accurate number: http://www.clintools.com/victims/resources/assessment/health/sf36.html.
It has apparently been translated into English, Spanish, French, Swedish, Korean, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Chinese, Czech, Finnish, Danish, Hungarian, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Russian, Afrikaans.
The aforementioned homepage also states that the SF-36 has been replicated across different patient groups, e.g. from various socio-economic situations.
The original English version is available here: https://www.rand.org/health-care/surveys_tools/mos/36-item-short-form.html.
Not sure about the translations, but I guess that people at RAND will be able to name you the papers or supply you with the translations if you send them a mail.
I have the same question - struggling to find copies of the translated versions although there are references to these in a number of sites. I wonder if you had any success, Susanne Grassmann ?
