Sequential coupling technique in ANSYS APDL?

Hello

I am working on sequential coupling technique in ANSYS. i want to add constant mechanical load for 30 minutes on beam. how to simulate a constant value of mechanical load for specific duration of time & then how to activate & deactivate fire chamber in ANSYS APDL?
