When we go for analysis with likert scale data we have to measure chronbach alpha to know the internal consistency about the response.But what is the actual difference between validity, reliability and internal consistency in likert scale data? Are all same..? if not then why and how I measure validity and reliability..?

These are important concepts which tend to have the same meaning regardless of the nature of a scale. Internal consistency is one family of methods used to estimate score reliability for a measure.

Internal consistency and reliability are essentially the same thing. If you want to know more about reliability in general, I suggest your read about true score theory. For this approach to reliability, Likert-scored variables are treated as if they were interval-level.
Validity is an entirely different concept from reliability, but again there is nothing special about LIkert-scored items with regard to validity.
