Dear colleagues,
I am looking for the sequence of the pCB6 (or pCB6+) expression vector. It is based on pBR322, I have a hand-drawn map, but apart from that, I do not have a lot of information and cannot find anything useful on the internet.
Does someone out there have a sequence? Even a partial one?

Did you know about vector database? https://www.addgene.org/vector-database/
Has info on over 4,000 backbones whether we distribute them or not. We didn't have the seq for pCB6 (although it was in the db). I will add it!

Yep, Addgene is one of my primary source, great idea to add the pCB6 sequence!

I sequenced our pcb6's and they are a bit different here and there... Do be careful
