I think you can try to obtain serum by centrifuging the plasma sample in tubes with SST, just as you would to obtain serum from blood. I've never done it, it's a suggestion.

Zainab Sohail ,If it is whole blood and If there is no substance that will prevent serum separation in the blood bag, you may use the same method.
