Yes, i feel the 'sense of belonging' is important in enhancing class room and to achieve the subsequent educational outcome. Every teachers have an individual capacity in handling the class or preparing the material for class work. In general, teachers should have better understanding about the lecture given to the student and some time class room environment is going to help in developing teachers intelligence. I feel your view an class room is absolutely correct.
I agree with Mr. Gutti. At foundation level education, classroom engagement certainly enhances an inclination to a student to get interact with his/her immediate educational environment (next to family obviously). It certainly develops sense of belonging gradually. Nevertheless, at the next level, it is the sense of belonging which if followed properly extends a sense of belonging and the subsequent expected outcomes.
