Semi-dry blotting conditions?

Hi,

I have to do a semi-dry blot of a maxi gel with the TE 77 PWR Semi-Dry Transfer Unit from Amersham, and I am not sure about how much time I should run the blot. My protein of interest is between 45 to 50 kDa size, and I have seprataed it in a 15% Acrylamide SDS-PAGE maxi gel of 1 mm thickness.
