Lisrel 9.1 is very easy to use (not Lisrel 8.8). Also you can create difffrent matricies (like Asymptotic Covariance matix). These matrices are necessary for some estimation methods (Like DWLS). Also you can impute and transform data with LİSREL. Also you can create dummy variable by using Lisrel syntax. I don't know AMOS very well but ı think AMOS has very limited feature for this options.

I tried the both for CFA and Path Analysis, Amos is much easier and user friendly than Lisrel, Amos has the option of handling missing data and there are too many YouTube videos can help you to use it. LISREL too many times gave you errors such as no divergent and if you are not professional with computers and softwares you will face some troubles. So definitely I recommend you to use Amos.

I used to work with AMOs. It is easy to use. However if I had to choose now I would probably use R since it is free and much more versatile, in case you want or need to get into different advanced methods some time later. If you have access to Mplus you should use that. It is probably the most powerful program on the market.
