Hi Alexandros,
i would submit a conference paper to the American Educational Research Association (AERA) annual meeting (maybe on of the SIGs) first, and then if you can add to what you've done from that experience, and also look to publish in a peer reviewed journal. The exposure you get from AERA is huge and there are a lot of top minds in education and 1000s of delegates who gather for that.
