I have to take account of the magnetic force (qvB) on electron-hole pairs created by the self-generated magnetic field, but in the Silvaco documentation, it's not explained if the internal magnetic generated by current flowing through the device and the Lorentz are calculated by the model. With the magnetic module, we can only add an external magnetic field.

Is anyone able to clarify this point?
