Currently performing a meta-analytic study of service quality's impact on H.E. student satisfaction within ASEAN universities (2016 onwards).

Inclusion:

• 2016 onwards
• Includes determinants related to university service quality (DV)
• Effect size statistics (r, d, g, f, beta, or t)
• population: students only (undergrad, grad). Local and international student studies are accepted.
• Study size: >30 min. >100 desired
• ASEAN university (universities): specifically looking for Myanmar, Brunei, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, and the Philippines. I have numerous studies in the other countries, but I will gladly accept all ASEAN studies.
• English Language (publication language)
• Would like Cronbach Alpha for constructs (if possible)

Exclusion

• Studies examining satisfaction with flipped classes, e-learning, educational applications, distance education, or open universities.
• Non-English manuscripts (unless translated)
• Unclear effect size on student satisfaction
• Non-ASEAN studies
• Studies with only descriptive statistics

My goal is to provide a better geographical balance to studies identified and included.
