Hello ResearchGate Community,

I am currently researching network resilience in modern architectures, specifically focusing on 5G/6G core networks, SDN/NFV deployments, and emerging software-defined infrastructures. To validate theoretical models and test fault-tolerance scenarios, I am compiling a list of open-source projects or simulation frameworks.

Request for Recommendations:

Are there any other open-source tools or datasets (e.g., Kaggle network failure logs) that you’ve found valuable for similar studies? Specifically:

  • Projects supporting automated resilience benchmarking,
  • Lightweight simulators for IoT/edge network failover scenarios,
  • Codebases integrating AI/ML with SDN-based recovery (e.g., RL-driven controllers).

Any pointers to GitHub repos, research labs’ toolkits, or documented testbeds would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance for sharing your expertise. Let’s collaborate to build more robust networks!
