Seeking Advice on Bdelloid Rotifers Isolation and Cultivation?

Hello everyone! I am seeking advice on the isolation and cultivation of bdelloid rotifers, a type of microscopic organism often found in moss.

I am wondering how I can collect wild samples that contain bdelloid rotifers. After obtaining the samples, how can I isolate bdelloid rotifers from plants, and what are the best methods for effectively propagating them after isolation?

Does anyone have any suggestions, experiences, or protocols for isolating bdelloid rotifers from mosses or culturing them? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
