I am trying to submit a conference paper, But i have two options to choose. Please help me to choose the better.
1. The conference web page suggested all the accepted papers will be published in Q3 Scopus indexed Journal which publisher is very unknown and they got indexed from 2018.
2. Another conference suggested all selected papers will be published Springer Scopus indexed Proceedings which is fall in Q3 qua-tile. The book series is getting indexed from 2012.

In my opinion first one is best.
if your conference paper publish scopus indexed journal.. that journal has no citescore for current year. next year journal will get more citescore. you will get more visibility and more citations.
I will go for number 1 unknown or well known the important thing is Q3 scopus journal. Later, time to time, who knows the unknown journal going to be Q1 journal. Journal more chance to get more citation especially open excess journal.
