Scintillation coulter_Beckman LSC LS6500: What is the program or setting for counting multi-racks?

It happened to our lab that when we measured the sample with multi-racks, the coulter can not automatically finish them all, and will pause after reading one single rack, so probably we do not have the right program or setting for the measurement. Does any one know how to deal with it, thanks a lot.
