I am using Originlab to calculate k and n using Scatchard equation, r=n1*k1*Cf/(1+k1*Cf) + n2*k2*Cf/(1+k2*Cf). The software asked me about the values for the parameters k1,k2,n1 and n2. I don’t know what are these values. Can anyone help me to know these values.

I assume you have a data set of r and Cf values and you want to determine four parameters, right?

Right but to determine these parameters the software asks me to enter their values and if they are fixed or not as you see in the attached screen capture.

I am not familiar with the software. Solver from Excel is pretty simple to use.
