Thinking that it may affect the results, in relation with our variable, as we are going to use linear regression per variable to possibly focus only to specific group of people.

And now to target the n= 60 as our good sample for our data, we disregard the job position/ nature of their work as we gather our data depending in the availability of the deaf employees there in every company, meaning to count them as our respondents we disregard the nature of their work or job position.

Although, we should still have to retain the 3 criteria: age, job tenure and should be deaf employee.
