Can an SEM sample size calculator calculate a sample power for path analysis? If so, how do I use it? What number should I put in the latent and observed variable slot?
For example, 6 continuous (4 exo and 2 mediating) and 1 binary outcome variables.

I don't think you can use this particular calculator for a path analysis with only observed variables. (It does not allow you to set the number of latent variables to zero.) Also, I am skeptical about the utility of such calculators for complex structural models in general because they don't allow you to take a lot of information about your hypothesized model into account. I consider simulation a better way to determine the optimal sample size for path analysis and SEM because it is more flexible.
