Same treatment to the cells gives me changed expression of the same gene each time!!

It is around ten-fold decrease but when i repeated it ,it is showing a 2.5 fold increase!Is it possible? What can be the cause of such variation in the result every time?

2) Calculation part ( RNA to CDNA). template conc varying

3) Primer concentration varying

4) Passage should be same for the treatment
