@Phil Geis to achieve glass with low bioactivity, for implant and medical purposes

Can youh define "bioactivity" in this context. Please be aware - antibacterial surfaces are largely academic exercises. Any surface will rapidly acquire organic coatings to largely nullify efficacy. Some efficacy can be found in those that leach into the environment - and these are temporal in effect.
