This report is an X-ray fluorescence analysis, probably made with an electron microscope.

The image in the upper section seems to be the image of the microscope, I think it represents a piece of asphalt.

In the lower section you can see a spectrum, the colored lines indicate the signal location of selected or identified elements.

In the table below you can see the calculatd percentages of these elements.

calcium 69,73%

carbon 25,17%

Molybdenum 2,92%

Oxygen 1,48%

Chromium 0,48%

silicon 0,13%

Aluminum 0,08%

Such an element evaluation is common in electron microscopy, but not all elements can be detected and trace elements remain below the detection limit.
