I would welcome comments as to the biosafety of degradable nanoparticles. Although nanoparticles may vary in size - and still being "nano" - I assume that their biodistribution upon injection depending upon their size (small nanoparticles of, say 20 nm may have a biodistribution and kinetics that may differ from particles being, say 100 nm). The kinetics of their degradation in vivo may also vary. How would you monitor this as part of creating a safety record ?
