I work on lentil by using rapd pcr. the first band marker. second band sample 3. Band didn't appear 4. Band sample. All of them same pcr condition. do you have any opinion? can I analyze in this form.
Yes it is possible. RAPD is totally random. You can increase the number of bands show more diversity by using the modified techniques called Triple-RAPD in which you should use three primers at once (in the same reaction tube)
Yes it is possible. Nothing to worry. If you repeat carefully you get bands in all samples. RAPD is a bit tricky. You should do carefully. If you have patience try Hot-start.
... it won't have differnt results under identical conditions. If results differ in the major bands of analytical relevance, conditions have not been identical :-)
