RVE composed of Hyperelastic Matrix and Linear Fibre, Formulations and how to implement in ANSYS?

Dear Friends,

I want to develop an RVE having a hyperelastic matrix of soft tissue and a fibre of linear polymeric material. I studied a lot of materials regarding RVE and other papers, but still wondering how it can be implemented in ANSYS or ABAQUS.

Can you please help me explaining the steps including any form of Usemat required to be written (in ANSYS or even in ABAQUS)?
